Creatively Wired #9 :: Come And Knock on Our Door

Friday, April 24th, 2009

That’s right, Not Bad Design and Creatively Wired have a new downtown home! We started moving into our new office/studio at 214 West Grant Street this week. It’s still a little rough around the edges, but stop in and see us any time! We’re planning a grand opening on June First Friday, watch for details. And, who will be the first to ‘get their picture took’ on our NBD Orange Couch?

Anne goes crazy with her new Flip video cam

Pardon this interruption while we play with the iPhone…

Anne is going to kill me for posting this photo. But that's podcasting, baby!

Rumschpringe Poster. Illustrated by Jeff McComseyAs a follow up to our interview with Ryan Mast of Unitheo, we wanted to let you know his music video for Hiram Ring’sOne Girl for Me” got some love at the opening night of the Rumschpringe Film Festival. According to Unitheo’s Facebook page the short film won Best in Music Video category and best student film. The festival, Ryan and Hiram were all mentioned in an Entertainment Lancaster article (aslo published online at LancasterOnline.com).

Rumschpringe runs through this Saturday. For more information on tickets and times, visit Rumnschpringe.com.

Creatively Wired #8 :: Trouble. With a Capital T.

Thursday, April 9th, 2009

This week we talk to Ryan Mast of Unitheo, a music, film & art production company in Lancaster, PA. Ryan is probably one of the busiest college juniors we’ve met. (And he knows all the words to “Music Man,” nice!) He does some great work and we had an awesome time talking to him. Sorry for the wonky audio quality this time around, we’re trying out some new equipment. (Thanks to Damian & Parker of StickItInYourEarHole.com for letting us use their mixer this week.)
